Texas: Opportunity for an EM physician in a smaller, slower paced community hospital. Annual volume is around 10,000, level III trauma center. 12-hout shifts. Competitive hourly rates as an Independent Contractor. The group is located in a mid-sized community in close proximity to Dallas-Fort Worth, providing all the amenities of a major metropolitan area are close at hand, without the “big city problems.” Multiple lakes and rivers in the area provide opportunities for water recreation, or visit one of the numerous State Parks with campgrounds in the vicinity. Dallas – Fort Worth offers attractions by way of malls, museums, Six Flags over Texas, Botanical Gardens, an aquarium, professional sporting events, theatre, and an international airport.
